These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase and use of JW Lightroom Presets, LUTs and Retro Assets available through our store. By purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Product Availability and Use:

a. Our store offers Lightroom presets, Motion Graphics Templates (MOGRTs), LUTs, and Overlays for purchase and download. The presets are intended for use with Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro software. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility before making a purchase. The specific requirements of each product are listed on the relevant sales page.

b. By purchasing and downloading our products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for personal and/or professional purposes. You may not resell, distribute, or sublicense the products.

c. One license covers unlimited personal and commercial usage for one individual. This is not limited to number of machines. This license is non-transferable.

d. We do not guarantee compatibility with future versions of Adobe software, or other image and video editing software.

Purchase and Payment:

a. To purchase our products, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

b. Payment is processed securely through our authorised payment gateway. We do not store any payment information.

Delivery and Refunds:

a. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link to access the purchased products.

b. Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in cases of technical issues with the download or if the product is materially different from its description.

Artistic Interpretation

a. The effect and outcome of applying the presets, MOGRTS, LUTs and overlays may vary based on factors such as lighting conditions, camera settings, lenses used, exposure, and white balance.

b. While every effort has been made to preview the effect of the products as accurately as possible, the examples, preview images and video shown on our website and on YouTube are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact results you will achieve.

c. We do not guarantee that the effects will work flawlessly with every image/video or produce identical results across all photographs and video.

d. You may need to further edit and refine your images/video after applying the effects to achieve your desired artistic interpretation.

e. Film simulation presets are created with the goal of emulating the characteristics of specific films. However, due to the inherent differences between digital and analog photography, and the many factors that can affect the look (age of film, how the film was stored, lenses used, how the film was developed, how the film was scanned etc), exact replication is not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property:

a. All presets, MOGRTs, images, texts, and other content on our website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

b. You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works based on our products without explicit written permission from us.

Privacy and Data Collection:

a. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

b. We may collect and use certain data, including but not limited to your name, email address, and purchase history, for order fulfilment and customer support purposes.

Limitation of Liability:
